Using the site

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, its API, or the systems behind it.
• Submit anything through the enquiry form that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Send automated traffic that degrades the service for others, or scrape the site at a rate that does the same.
• Reproduce our case studies, copy or design system as your own.

We may withdraw access if the site is being used in any of these ways.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and brand assets on this site belong to Bcube Technology Services LLC or to our clients, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Client names and marks shown in our work are the property of those clients and appear here to identify projects we have delivered, not to imply any endorsement of anything else.

Our own products, adcat.io, nodara.me and wowzig.com, are governed by their own terms, available on their respective sites.

Enquiries and unsolicited ideas

When you send an enquiry you confirm that what you tell us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential information through the form. If your project needs confidentiality, say so and we will put an NDA in place before you send us anything sensitive.

We may work on projects similar to yours for other clients. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, an exclusivity arrangement, or any obligation on us to take the work on.

Availability and accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content describing our services, products and past work is provided for information; it is not an offer, a quotation, or a warranty about what a specific project will involve or cost.

Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice, and the cookies this site sets are listed in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be overridden by agreement, nothing here affects those rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top of the page, is the one that applies.
