Retail technology

Retail technology for the shop floor, built in Dubai.

Bcube builds in-store retail technology in Dubai: smart fitting rooms that recognise what a shopper brings in, touchscreen kiosks that hand the journey over to the customer’s phone, and sensor-driven displays and games that bring people into the aisle. The studio connects them to product and stock data, installs them and supports them in the store.

What we build

Smart fitting rooms

NFC and sensors read the items a shopper carries in; the mirror shows sizes, colours and live stock, and a staff request goes out without anyone leaving the room.

Digital shopping kiosks

Touchscreen catalogues to browse, compare and explore products, with a QR handoff so customers finish ordering on their own phone.

In-store games

Motion-tracked games and displays that turn an aisle into a reason to stop.

Stock and product data

Live stock, product information and staff alerts from the inventory and commerce systems you already run.

Delivered by the same team.

Work we have built and installed. Some clients are named by sector at their request.

Scoped honestly, built in the open, supported after launch.

  1. Scope

A short paid discovery: what it is, what it runs on, what it costs, and what could go wrong.

  2. Build

Two-week increments with something you can open and use at the end of each one.

  3. Run

On site for launch, then monitoring, updates and a handover your own team can pick up.

Before you start

Questions we are asked most

Something else? Ask us directly and the team will reply within one working day.

What is a smart fitting room?

A fitting room that recognises the items a shopper brings in, usually from NFC or RFID tags, and responds on a mirror or screen with sizes, colours, stock and related products. Shoppers can ask for another size without leaving the room. Bcube built one for a global sportswear brand.

Can an in-store kiosk connect to our e-commerce and stock?

Yes. Our digital shopping station for a sportswear retailer lets customers browse and compare products on a touchscreen, then continue to ordering on their own phone by QR code. Kiosks can read live product and stock data from the systems you already use.

Do you install and support the technology in store?

Yes. We are on site for launch, then provide monitoring, updates and a handover your own team can pick up.

How do we know whether in-store technology works?

Agree the measures before the build: interactions, dwell time, staff requests, QR handoffs or sales linked to the experience. We build the tracking in, within the consent shoppers give, so the result is measured rather than assumed.

How much does retail technology cost?

It depends on the hardware, the integrations with your product and stock systems, and how many stores it goes into. We price after a short paid discovery that fixes the scope for the first store and what rolling out further would take.
