Brand & event activations

Interactive brand activations, built and run in Dubai.

Bcube builds interactive brand and event activations in Dubai: motion-tracked games, AR moments, touch installations and sensor-driven retail experiences for launches, roadshows, stores and events. The studio handles the idea, the build, the hardware on site and the team behind it on the day, for brands directly and through their agencies.

What we build

Activation games

Motion-tracked and touch games with live leaderboards, built to keep a queue coming back for another go.

AR moments

Invitations, stands and printed pieces that open into an AR scene on a guest’s own phone, with no app to install.

Interactive stands and installations

Touch walls, tables and multi-screen set-ups for exhibitions, launches and visitor centres.

Data capture

Opt-in registration, scores and interactions captured by the experience itself, so the brand has something to measure afterwards.

Delivered by the same team.

Work we have built and installed. Some clients are named by sector at their request.

Scoped honestly, built in the open, supported after launch.

  1. Scope

A short paid discovery: what it is, what it runs on, what it costs, and what could go wrong.

  2. Build

Two-week increments with something you can open and use at the end of each one.

  3. Run

On site for launch, then monitoring, updates and a handover your own team can pick up.

Questions we are asked most

Something else? Ask us directly and the team will reply within one working day.

What is an interactive brand activation?

An experience at an event, in a store or in a public space that people take part in rather than watch: a game, an AR moment, a touch installation or a sensor-driven display. It gives people a reason to stop, gives the brand a memorable interaction, and produces data to measure the result.

Do you work with event and creative agencies?

Yes. Bcube builds for brands directly and as the technology partner behind agencies, several of which are credited on our project pages. We can take an agency’s creative idea and make it work on real hardware, or bring the interactive concept ourselves.

Can you handle the hardware and on-site support?

Yes. We handle the build, the hardware on site and the team behind it on the day. For longer placements, such as in-store installations, we plan monitoring and updates after launch and hand over to your team.

How far in advance should we brief you?

As early as you can. Lead time depends on how much is new: an activation that adapts a proven format needs less time than one built from scratch around custom hardware. Put the live dates in your first message and we will tell you plainly what is achievable.

How do we measure the success of an activation?

Agree the measure before the build: participation, dwell time, leaderboard entries, opt-in sign-ups or shares. We build the capture into the experience, within the consent your audience gives, so the numbers are there after the event rather than estimated.
